My 8 years long journey with Bharti Realty has been full of rich experiences, learnings and optimum utilization of my skills. I started my journey as a Facility Manager, with a major focus on the technical aspects. Over the years I was trained to grow from a specialised sub-function to the leadership role of a Head-Building Management.

I joined the Bharti group in 2008 at Bharti Telemedia. An opportunity was provided by the organisation to manage a completely new Greenfield project at Bharti Realty in 2010.
The last 6 years at Bharti Realty have been replete with challenging assignments as I got involved in setting up the entire IT Infrastructure and services from scratch. To see the organisation scale new heights in technological evolution is a matter of great pride.
Such an environment for performance and delivery is only possible in an organisation such as ours where one gets the right level of empowerment and support. My career journey has been very satisfying and I feel fortunate to be with Bharti!
After a Masters in Electrical Engineering, I joined Bharti Realty as a Management Trainee in 2012.
My journey here till-date has been the most exciting phase of my life. The organisation over the span of last five years has not only provided me with challenging roles and assignments, but also given me an opportunity to experience different facets of business, from MEP Projects to taking charge of overall operations of Airtel Centre as a Building Manager. In my current role, I get to experience new and unique leadership situations every day and handle cross-functional challenges and customer-servicing aspects.
Besides multiple work assignments, the organisation has also given me ample platforms to be a part of various task forces and activity clubs such as the Sports Committee, Innovation Hub etc. and I am grateful for it!
I have been fortunate to work on numerous important and challenging assignments and projects. My learning curve has seen a steep growth and my contributions have been regularly recognised and rewarded at multiple forums.
The strong foundation of the Bharti Group along with the dedicated efforts made by our management and HR team in developing internal talent and making the company future-ready has made me a better leader - someone who is roaring to take on greater professional challenges!
